Tried this recipe and came out really flavorful ! Few notes -
1. Soya chunks add so much depth to the taste. So, don’t skip it
2. Taste the salt before you steam , adding after pulao is cooked , will break the rice & make it mushy
3. I would suggest adding salt in veggies bit by bit so that they absorb some. Otherwise the veggies will be bland in the pulao
4. Serve with lemon bcz there is no sour element in the recipe. Lemon makes it complete
