you're reading the building infoes wrong. "Currently in realm: 1" does not mean "Max in realm: 1" it just means how many you've built. You did that for the pigsty and the forester, both can have way more than 1. Hope you see this because it'll help a lot. EDIT: nevermind, you just noticed the forester. They didn't change it, it was just a misunderstanding. :)
But for his case is right tho, u can have more thn 1 pigsty but u also need the pig. If there is no pig in that area u cant build it.

I find it better to just have multiple farms with a max of 20 fields, rather then 1 farm with more then 20 fields. Because 3 farmers wont get the job done on more then 20 fields.

@Z1 Since you seem to have lots of food, wouldn't it be likely the storage location provides access to food to a limited range around the building? Maybe need another storage location (or a market of some sort) to extend that range and provide coverage to the homes outside the covered area?
They need workers in the town shops stock piles and granerys closer to the homes
I don’t know this game well, but you have a ton of flour, so doesn’t that mean you should just make more bakeries?
some of the people are dying cause you dont have commoners as head of thier house they are the ones that supply food to the people living in those houses that work other jobs
Z1 you cant just realy on bred you need vegetables as well not just bread not just pork the totoriel literly said you need verity so uou need veggies.
Big thing I learned from starting over a few times....stop inviting people to stay every now and then and build your food and coal up. Every time you add people it means more mouths to feed. At 82 population I had 6 farms going at max with 2 windmills and 2 bakeries.
I have tried to make the bread working, i made like 2000 bread but my people still died by starvation, i try to fix the storage and the only way to maintain your town is the vegie farm i reckon. I dont know what was the issues its just they dont seems like bread u kno 😂

it's too bad this is the final part you uploaded. i wanted to see more, and you never used the hero to explore the ruins or anything.
i'd have stopped building houses when food became a problem. whether we needed more farms/bakeries. or food storage location around town.
we cannot increase population when food is a problem. it is a clear un changeable rule.
