My humble observation about our MP's conduct in the session there are so disorderly why they never hear certain issues passed in the deliberations. I would commend they pay attention to other parliament especially in mother of all parliament at Westminster to how they behave and respect to each other during parliament sessions.

What is needed in Uganda is a new Capital city. Kampala has failed to unite us, to develop our country. To protect our country. We need a new capital city that should be in Mbale. I want Mbale people to support me in this. Kampala has failed us for the last 60+ years. We do not need such craziness which Kampala gave us any more. We need a capital city that will unite us as Ugandans without any selfish demand.
