There are hundreds of supers, some faster some slower, some are financial wins or failures, but independent of that, some become legends forever cemented in history while others fade, the Apollo is one of those legends.
it is not a legendary car. it is quite literally the opposite of legendary. it's mostly forgotten, but even more than that, it's mostly unknown..
what the fuck do you think legendary means? what a dumb statement.
the car was a failure on all levels. from design to engineering to manufacturing. It was no good...and that's why no one has ever heard of it and no one wanted one when they were new. The couldn't even sell half of them...
your not going to get actual negative criticism of cars in tv shows. they are in the business of selling good times...not consumer reporting. of course, you would never know that...thats real car knowledge.
but keep, watching your Top Gear and copycats and never actually learn anything about cars...
imagine using this to go groceries shopping. haha

It's a very grumpy chainsaw. Not very suitable to cut your steak, but perfect for you to cut the whole cow.
Its kinda funny how a lot of the interior parts seem to be taken from the Mk1 TT like the air vents and buttons

Years ago a German bought one of these. The car never even got close to the mentioned horsepower. Gumpert didn’t want to react on that back then.
The car’s cool, the name sounds like something you do after a few tacos and beers in a dive bar bathroom.

The video was originally made sometime around 2008 and they finally uploaded it to UA-cam.
Fifth Gear is a TV show and I think a magazine. This part of the show went live around 10 years ago so they didn't have very good cameras. idk why they decided to upload it now, maybe a lot of people were asking them to upload it? or maybe someone found it in the old files and thought they should upload it

open the throttle and hear the NOISE? lol vtec sounds 10x harder then that...
Why buy this when there’s so many more cars for the same price or less with more amenities. Seems more unnecessary than most supercars.
