I don’t know if you’ll see this, but I personally hate whitening strips bc of the chemicals too. Maybe try charcoal! You can notice a difference right away. It’s natural and you don’t swallow it. Just dip it in your toothpaste, no flavor. You can get it for cheap online! :)

Honestly, I found her channel because i saw a thumbnail and thought she was stunning. I then came to realize how awesome she is at ASMR. Sophie, you are beautiful, and you should do what you feel is necessary to feel good about yourself, but forget about the haters. They only lash out because they are so insecure about themselves, or are powerless in their own lives, so they feel maybe they can bully someone else on the internet.They are weak minded cowards. They should really be pitied, not taken seriously.
It's like I said on one of her previous videos, there is literally nothing wrong with them! I had braces for two years so I know bad teeth. Hers are damn perfect.

Can all the hate stop, like, people have teeth, why should colour or shape even be judged? People have yellow teeth, stained teeth, gaps in their teeth, etc. Why should someone be hated because of it? It’s just a unique feature about that person. Nobody’s perfect.

I have a story about this too
So uh, I have a giant gap between my two front teeth, because I was born without my canine teeth. Recently I was at the orthodontist and they said I had to get Oral Surgery and a few teeth pulled. I got my teeth pulled, they’re growing in, but of course crooked, but I’ll be getting braces soon enough. But the surgery is set for next Wednesday, the day after the first day of school. They’ll have me go to a special dentist downstairs from my regular dentist. The oral surgeons will have me lay down on a dentist bed (idk what it’s called so we’ll just call it that-) and they’ll put needles all at the front of my mouth. Then they’ll go in with a laser and cut the part that connects your upper gums to your top lip. Its a 30 minute surgery. It’s currently 3 am and I cant sleep because I’m really really scared, that’s one of the reasons why I’m here right now.

Perfect. As a boy child, between sixties and seventies, I used to go to our dry cleaner's shop bellow railway with station, by watering place and across grassy garden with a little stream. It was in a small town amidst most beautiful mountains and a river beneath. The shop was big and quiet, with a standing clock ticking and bells calmly ringing. A desk was also big, and I was left alone, waiting. Then followed wrapping … I could be there forever.

My teeth aren't very white either honestly, I have a poor history of maintaining my teeth and doing things that stain them. A lot of people are jerks, I wish I could tell you to simply ignore them, but I know from personal experience it still hurts regardless. All I can say is that we all have flaws and NO ONE is perfect. I'd rather have my beautiful yellow teeth and an awesome heart and soul than to have perfectly white teeth and have a flaming piece of excrement as my soul. Stand proud for who you are, life is too short! My two cents.

Hey just so you know, the reason people hate judge and criticize is because they are insecure about their own selves so it makes them FEEL better to criticize somebody else. It’s gross but it’s just how humans are //: I know its sad, you just have to learn to accept the fact that nowadays everybody is going to be insecure about something. I think you are fine just the way you are and you should keep in mind that the world we live in isn’t perfect, especially the people in it. It’s important to realize everyone is struggling with something. In my personal opinion the antidote is to defeat hate with love. Have a blessed day and don’t worry about what others think, at the end of the day, it’s not worth it ok 🌼

Today in my Spanish class I had to talk about beauty. You are a very beautiful kind young women who shouldn’t be insecure about something so small or big because you are unique and no one can compare to you. You should never let people bring you down, yes I know that is hard because I went through the same thing but you should always think positive and know that you are beautiful on both the inside and outside. Wow. Shows how much society sucks balls and just how cruel people can be and that they will just waste their time, commenting stupid things like that about someone’s teeth! Like, you could’ve spent that time doing something nice, or commenting something nice! But instead of course we waste it on that...
