One of the worst process which Maharashtra board follows. Means tomorrow if I change my religion and my name according to the religion. If I wish to use my new identity I will have to ask their permission 10 times for this. Seriously we're in a country you give freedom of choice and you you don't even have a freedom of choice to use your name as per your choice. Few people will decide what you should follow what your name should be what your religion should be. Literally nonsense. 75 years into independence and this is what we are up to

School ne ek baar to correct krne ke liye option dena chahiye.. kyun ki school wale hi mistake krte hai.. Naam me. phir baccho ko problm face krna pdta hai..pahale ke dino me maa baap ko padhana nahi ata tha aur school wale ya birth certificate krte hai vo log hi sahi likte nahi hai toh dusro ko problm face krna pdta hai

It's GENERAL REGISTER in which the data of all admitted students is kept.

@@Tworaistargaming no it's not certificate it is just register like notebook or file ..we have to print the page on which our name and information is written.( Xerox or photocopy) . Basically our Leaving certificate made by information mentioned in it.

Worst thing in Maharashtra board is surname first , and all other documents like aadhar pan degree name, father's name and surname, so it's totally mistake of state board

So it is good to say that even you cannot change the name on graduation certificate - if the leaving certificate has the wrong spelling.
You can change your name in graduation certificate if your College will change ur name

Just visited (7th Dec'22) Vashi Borad office for Name change. You need to go to counter 6 along with LC with correct name and GR Number (so basically you have to click a photo of GR where your name is mention, click a photo and print then take principal sign and stamp from college) then they will provide name correction form.
Need to visit day after tomorrow, update comment after that.

I can say that this information is 100% correct, my mistake is similar to you, I had been to vashi board office and school, but outcome is same to what it is said in this video.

Sab se pehle High cout me jana padiga waha per aap ku case file kerna padiga aap ke name me jo changes hai us ke liye aap ku Adhaar, birth certificate aur ek affidavit (shapat patra/ Bond ) required hai after that vo aap ke document verification kerte hai fir judge aap ke ssc and hsc brod ku direction dete hai ki ye name change karna hai fir aap ku order pass ker te hai us ki copy bord me submit kerdo that's it. ❣️

In Maharashtra board there is not online process to change name, you go too your school/college and meet to there clerk and short out your problem 🙏

In my 10 marksheet my mother name was written as kamladevi
And in my 12th marksheet my mother name is written as kamaladevi
And in my living sartificate and In birth of certificate my mother name was written as kamaladevi and my mother name was recently changed as Kamlesh because of some propertie reason. please help me and tell me that how it will get corrected.

Sir GR kya hai.?
GR means General Register of your School or College. There is entry of your name while taking admission into that School or college.
