You'll remember a while back I did a PMV of Starlight singing this song from "The Little Mermaid." Recently my friend itsannachloem did a cover in Starlight's voice and as soon as I heard it, I went "Yup, I have to do the video again." I had to do a lot more resyncing than I thought because Anna uses different tempos and inflections (not that I'm complaining, it's great that she did her own style and didn't just copy Pat Carroll). When I first heard Starlight in Season five, i thought that the Ursula actress was the same for Starlight. Unfortunately, they aren't. But, yes, JUST BY LOOKING AT THIS VIDEO, I CANNOT EVEN TELL THAT THIS IS A BROADWAY RECORDING, IT IS LIKE FROM AN ACTUAL VIDEO. While writing, I feel that it is Starlight😃
Also, this singer got it even closer to the pitch of Starlight's voice!
She actually sounds like Starlight and this song really goes with Starlight
For some reason I just love the way she says "BODY LANGUAGE!" at 2:19

Your Starlight Glimmer voice is exceptional and doesn't sound fishy at all though I did like how the village ponies replaced Starlight's former house with a random tree in the Season 6 finale.

Really well-done! Though you used Starlight's name in the song, I'm surprised you didn't also change "merfolk" to "ponyfolk" or something like that.
CybeargPlays I couldn't find a way to make the lyrics work in a rewrite and the art I had for my cover depicted Starlight as Ursula with the tentacles and everything, so I decided to keep the lyrics the same ^^
