I like your explanation its true but there is many things that can affect case numbers except this calculation. A case number from egypt with 50% is more at risk from a case number 80% from South Africa. Because there is a rule of exceptions….. The rule says no one country can get more than 7% of those 55000 visas. So explain widely brother.

I live in Pakistan but I have spend my time in Saudi Arabia ( time longer than 6 months). I have got my Pakistani PCC but I am having trouble getting PCC from Saudi Arabia as I do not have residence permit of saudi arabia and they require the permit to issue the PCC. Kindly reply early and if you know any method to solve this issue. Please guide me.

July was a bit late, you will have to be patient it might be a little late but no need to panic
Base on the calculation any case number in the African region that is 40 thousand and above is a risk
