Hello! One question: What is the maximum level of math you need to know to be a software engineer? Thanks!
To become a software engineer, you don't necessarily need to be great in mathematics, but logical reasoning is probably the most important math related skill. Some basic math like combinations, logarithm, and exponentials may come up during job interviews, but they're not always needed for the job itself. Different types of software engineering (frontend, backend, machine learning, game, etc) require different levels of math skills.

What is your tech stack? what technologies do you work on?
it varies. For backend, it's mostly Java and internal framework. For frontend, mostly is JS or TS with Ember or React.

I’m glad you’re looking to study software! Honestly there is no one computer that fits all needs. But, if you’re just planning to study simple software development, you don’t need a very fancy computer. Almost all computers under a $1000 budget will be more than enough. You don’t need something expensive. Just something budget friendly. Once you find that you’re starting to get good and have a job, you can upgrade to a much better one. Good luck :)
