I would've done exactly the same regarding the terminals. Then the cabinet can be properly sealed. Probably wouldn't make an audible difference but if they're supposedly infinate baffle they shouldn't really have a little hole in them. I appreciate that's how it was done on old speakers but I'd hope we've moved on from those days. Those should be absolute monsters with twin 12" woofers! In spite of the "minimum 30 watt" rating I suspect they'll be highly efficient compared to later speakers. I wish I had space for speakers like these.
@@millervintagehifi3034 Well I have plenty of speakers too large for the room they're used in. It's a very good way of ensuring the air in a room is thoroughly energised!

To be honest, I really don't have space...but I adore the speakers. Have them in my office connected to a Pioneer SX 939 currently.
