One thing is for certain...Steel is necessary and Castle is as dominant as ever. I've been tinkering with it and I'm really liking Turn 1 Pascal, Turn 2 Micky Mouse (Standard Bearer) to catch Diablo early when going second.
Zan, what are your plans for "AP" or after Pixelborn? Are you going to just do locals, play with overhead cam, TTS, or try Untap or Inktable? Or try a different TCG?
I appreciate your approach consistency towards midrange. I want to play this deck as I've tried Amy/Steel before, but I do see how this has a lot of depth/interactions
Do you think Isabella has place in this deck potentially? Definitely a must answer card that can close out games fast and can still allow other characters to challenge/sing.
Great job in Chicago Zan. Sometimes those steep cuts to Day 2 push out a lot of great players like yourself. 40 points is great. Did you track your Play/Draw disparity? DeCandio says he was 100% on the Play and 50% on the draw.
Hey Zan, you seem to be somewhat allergic to Grab your sword ^^ What is your reasoning for not playing any? I feel like against green/steel, you can't reasonably expect to go up to 6 ink to find tinkerbell especially with no maleficents? Did you consider adding one or two?
can you show how this deck plays against blue (blue steel or Bblue red) and against the Green Steel? I am not certain I understand the strategy for playing against those decks
Hmmm i dont think yr matchup is good vs bucky looking yr list :/ u only focused on diablo, but what happens vs red blue matchup or bucky ? Do u draw enought ? Not sure. U have a weaker late game then purple red and not more draw than red purple kurt version :/ it would be hard
I am confused. Your decklist does not show Chernabog's Followers, but you have them in play. Can you post the decklist you used in the games shown in the video

I’ve amended this deck to top my locals against Ruby/Amethyst + Ruby/Sapphire…I hope it holds through set champs. Thanks Zan!

Truly feel amethyst steel is the secret meta deck that will be fast enough and counter- emerald meta decks

For red blue you don't need the draw, you need agression and castles. For bucky though i agree, not enough draw and aoe removal
No place for storm? Seems like a good counter for Diablo.
