4 carrots julienned
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 handful cabbage
1 handful green beans
2 medium onions
1 tablespoon garlic
1 & 1/2 teaspoon curry powder ( medium)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cayenne pepper
2 chicken cubes (knorrox)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 heaped teaspoon Oregano (or mixed herbs)
Important ingredients
Nandos Prego sauce
Miami Atchar mild
