Regarding anxiety, I would like to suggest you to avoid medicine instead of medicine to do CBT(Cognitive Behavioural therapy). Because I also suffered from OCD and used medicine for approximately 2 months after that I didn't take medicine. Because anxiety isn't a big deal try study of Conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind. It will help you.

For the mental health part, i have been there (panic attacks, dp, dr), still on medication (ssri). I would recommend fixing sleep, diet and most imp exercise.

Regarding anxiety, I would like to suggest you to avoid medicine instead of medicine to do CBT(Cognitive Behavioural therapy). Because I also suffered from OCD and used medicine for approximately 2 months after that I didn't take medicine. Because anxiety isn't a big deal try study of Conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind. It will help you.
