Again, Sylvie has proven what a little genius she is. To know X and O, "carrot" and her colors at such a young age is amazing to me. Sweet little Birdie is afraid to go to sleep and miss something! Good luck with decluttering before packing. And good luck on finding a new home that will be perfect for your family. Sending you my love&hugs from Georgia, USA.💜🤗📚📚📚

Row and Chloe, you and your family of beautiful children are such a blessing to us who visit you from across the world. I thank you for including us in your lovely days. It is such a wonderful and soft landing to visit with you through these videos. My heart is so happy to know your lovely family. Thank you for all you do. Deborah from the USA on an island off the coast of North Carolina. Take care and lots of love.
Love seeing how Sylvie is learning so fast! Reminds me of when Felix was that age. Good luck packing! Hope you find the perfect home to buy for your family.
Sylvie is sooooo cute and smart! I think that she looks like her brother Otto!! Lovely family, lovely kids... Love love love❤️❤️🦄🦔 Cosmo... Is soooooo adorable!!
Packing early always helped me stress less. Decluttering is an ongoing project especially with a large family. Prayers that it all comes together well.
The red hair I could look at ALL day. Really clever toddlers too.. I love your children. And I love how you clothe them. The pastels you brought into your home make it look really calming. Love it all ❤️
And I completely agree with the baby wearing, it gets my little guy to sleep every time but I can’t get anything done in it, too constrictive and mine would wake up if I moved around too much! So I usually just go for a slow stroll around the neighbourhood
Books are essential, especially for children. The more they read, the easier it is to learn other things. Pack heavy things like books in small boxes. Large boxes are good for light things like quilts and lamps.
Wishing you & family a successful & not to hectic move. Love the parks you find! Love hearing how much Sylvie is talking & just chatting away now! They all seem to enjoy getting out to just run around a bit!
What a fun time at the park!! I am in the process of packing up to move to my daughters come Sept.! Not a fun thing to be doing for an 85 yr old!! Best of luck with your packing. Blessings!
Such a huge job, moving household! Ugh!!! Super smart you, getting a headstart on it. How about asking the kids to pick 2 books to put in their backpack for the move. Then the rest can be boxed up. A trip to the Library can help with extra reading fun and learning. Your Love of books and modeling reading with the children is lovely. Take care and stay well. Peace
Sylvie is talking so much I think it's awesome how much you teach them at such young age that's young age I wish I could read your kids can read so well being so young I was in special education when I was in school and my parents didn't take the time with us God-bless you all I enjoy watching your videos
I should be doing the decluttering soon. We have been in our home for about 20 years. My husband recently passed, so my first goal will be to get rid of his clothes. My goal is to go room by room, to declutter. One person doesn’t need this much stuff. The less I have to move the less I have to find a home for.
Wishing you a very smooth move! Birdie is doing so well, tunny time. Moving can be hard or frustrating. I started early. Made it a bit easier! God Bless... Daugherty WPB FLORIDA
Oh IDT 2 months is long at all to pack to move, just t he right amount of time IMO. I'D start with clothes you all are not using right now, books, toys, kitchen stuff, & linens. That will keep you busy & get you ahead a little bit. Of course you've moved plenty so you'll breeze right through, as much as any move with a large family can breeze. LOL. Stay calm & carry on it will all be history soon. Much luck & love !
I hope your packing and move all goes smoothly. Strange placement for that new sand digger, you'd think they would put it more in the middle of the sand pit! Looks a lot of fun though, the kids seem to enjoy it x
Oh I absolutely love your vlogs. WA appears to have such nice local parks I don't really seem to find that here in Sydney. I hope you find a Suitable home asap, does the West Coast have a housing crisis like we do in the East, I hope not. So much love to your beautiful family
Wow Birdie is strong! You can tell she has had plenty of tummy time, I have a little boy the same age (we had the same due date) and I keep forgetting to do tummy time so he doesn't push up on his hands yet. Completely agree with the baby wearing, it's lovely but for me I find it hard to do stuff and it makes me super slow!
Another Hello to wish you all the best. I sent my lil friend a tshirt from your store up to Geraldton and they havent managed to open it yet but im waiting 😉
Birdie is so adorable. Those big blue eyes... 💙 an that park is wicked kewl. Who doesn't like to play on a train... heeheehee an I hate moving too. I will b moving soon too. Not my fav thing to do....
We did what you are doing. Chose a few things and collected those. Lego, Thomas, Wooden blocks etc. plus puzzles and games. We only kept baby toys that were high quality or extra special. Books, no limit, none what so ever. When we moved house once, I culled the books to sets and ones gifted specifically. That was a very sad process. While homeschooling. Every day we read. A bible chapter. A non fiction, a poem, a biography, a chapter book, choice for each child, and at least two on the topic we might be studying. All my children grew into book appreciators and still read daily. Also one of our favourite activities was what we called a park run. We would take snacks and drinks and head to a park. Once the children showed their interest lowering we would pack up and go to the next one. Doing three or four before heading home. I can assure you that my home was never as tidy as yours and I was never as calm as you appear. Nor was I as nurturing. I really appreciate watching your family grow, as you are doing what I had strived for. It is a pleasure to see your children developing and interacting so well together. Thanks so much for sharing your lives with us.
Sometimes I wish I was a minimalist.... but I'm far from.... especially with my daughters toys, books and soft toys. Books I dont think you can have too many of!
We know what you mean as far as trying to be minimalist. I would say minimalist-inspired. In other words, you do it where you can. And with 9 kids, the majority of whom you homeschool, you can only be so minimalist. And Americans will notice that you're definitely more minimalist than the average American family...especially in regards to the kids' rooms and your general furniture and decorations. Us Americans tend to want to fill every space and have things all over the walls.
I agree with starting early! We've moved a few times with kids and when I have time to start early it always goes better on both ends of the move. I recommend packing even extra linens and clothes. The kids can choose what they need for a weeks worth of clothes (or more if that makes your wash schedule too stressful) living more minimalist for a month or so is actually a bit refreshing...especially knowing all those lovely books and games are coming back soon 😎
I bet your kids would love bible stories, like Jonah and the whale and Daniel in the lions den + David and Goliath. They were my favorites ❤ Birdie is growing so fast !!! 😙
Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by how much stuff we have now. When I was a kid in the 70s we didn’t have so much stuff. It’s becoming the nature of how we live and it can be quite unnecessary.
I saw a french article today, saying you had 8 kids and were struggling with night times...without context, all french embittered people were commenting without knowing :'((
Chloe, you could try an amber teething necklace for Birdie. My niece had one and it helped her big time. Best of luck packing and finding your new home.
Do you ever pre-read the new books you get for Evan or Otto? Alot of books available for high level readers like your 2 eldest are not always appropriate. Just curious, as I myself ran into this issue with my daughters.

Calling her a genius is a bit much. If you show a child that age something often enough they memorize it.
Your children are so smart and so well adjusted! They’re amazing! I can’t get over how Sylvie knows her letters and talks so well for her age!
Such a beautifully presented video with calming, easy listening music to compliment the footage, your vlogs with the littles are so lovely xxxx

Birdie seems older than her age. I think she will crawl soon. Good luck with your move.
She was two weeks late after all!
Maybe it's also having lots of older siblings! Typically younger siblings reach milestones quicker as they mimic what the others are doing :)
