How to fix the “Couldn’t pair, contact customer serivice” error? Im using Mi Band 6 on iPhone. I’m able to connect it to the “Xiaomi Wear Lite” app but not to the “Mi Fit” app :(
You need to go to your settings. Bluetooth tap on mi band connected and unpaired the mi. Then go to the other app and pair it to Bluetooth. Something if you are away from your phone and it doesn't sync up, unpaired and then repair. There might be an easier way but I just got mine yesterday and had the issue when trying to switch between the two apps to decide which I prefer. I also could not get the weather to switch to Fahrenheit on xiaomi wear but works fine on mi fit.

Same issue. Not pairing with any phone and can't reset. Just showing connect to MI fit to continue update. Plz explain how to fix it.
