No Igbo is claiming Andoni. I thought Igbos say Nwaotam is d yardstick with wich IBANI has bcom Igbo. So Andoni playing Nwaotam is now Igbo abi ?

What is Andoni Obolo majority culture?
By the way, I do not think this is Nwaotam - type a masquerade. This is a dance which incidently is found in Igbo area of rivers and Into Abia.
As you know Jaja settled In opobo and others from bonny also settled in Andoni land. Andoni obolo native speakers must have borrowed some elements from Igbo ndokki culture of bonny or Igbo towns within Andoni lands. Are these Igbo towns New or old as Obolo is a different matter.
Why are Andoni not Igbo? It because they speak Obolo language. Some Igbo named towns, people and speakers are found in Obolo andoni lands but they are a minority. Andoni obolo people do no speak Igbo language as their one, major and only language.
A few word or dance borrowed from another group or origin does not does change the majority people. In a mixed group you may see different elements of the original culture.
What is majority culture of the Andoni people?
I have discussed with you that a kingdom may have different Ethnic groups. Bonny has Igbo, obolo and Ijaw, but the majority group is Igbo ndokki in the mixtures or as separates if you wish.
You continue trying to find a pure group for your own reasons. Rivers state has many groups. And in some areas of Rivers, delta, cross rivers, etc and in border areas generally different groups are neigbours, trade, marry, borrow elements of culture, etc. Your own beyalsa state has ijaw, edoid, ogbia, etc in the same lgas.
Obolo andoni people are not Ijaw speaker but because obolo has the huge oil and gas reserves some has labelled obolo as Ijaw in Wikipedia too? 😂
Opobo, Queenstown, etc are in obolo lands according to the history of the routing of these cities.

      @knwaoke6193 I'm trying 2find a pure group 4my own reasons? 😀😄
      Really?
      Looooooool 😅
So according 2u, Bonny is impure.
I dunno y it's hard 4som of u Igbos 2accept d fact dat Bonny, Opobo is IJAW. Y is dat such a hard pill 4u 2swallow? Is d pill dat bitter? Or 2large ur throat can't contain it?
U talk as if there's anywhere on earth dat doesn't hv ppl frm oda places.
U com 2a place & meet ppl established, xisting. Den u want 2turn around & claim ownership. We all know dat frm Kafanchan or Zungeru, Ohafia or Arochukwu, Igbos arrived Bonny, either by willing migration, bizness or mostly tru slave trade. Wicheva or however Igbos got 2 Bonny is inconsequential. But Bonny was xisting, established already so Igbos were enculturated, assimilated.
Jaja is a glaring case study. Mbanaso Okwaraozurumba frm Umuigbo became JUBO-JUBOFEM OPUBO in Bonny bcos d owners of Bonny were Ijaw evn at d time hence d enculturation & name change. Kalabaris, Okrikas, Nembe, Akassa - all over Eastern Ijaw, Igbos were married or bought & enculturated into War Canoe Houses. It doesn't make those places Igbo. Y is d case of Bonny so hard 4u Igbos 2accept? Y not go claim Kalabari?
Or is Kalabari not mixed? Haven't u heard Asari Dokubo saying he's a biological descendant of Igbo slave bought by an Ijaw chief/king? Kalabari had lot's of Igbos back den. U ppl shud claim Kalabari too na !😄
Na only Bonny & Opobo una eye dey. All bcos of access 2 Atlantic 😅😅😋😜
Una cannot force us 2bcom Igbo. In all d history
Bonny, we hv NEVER had an Eze, Obi or Igwe. Frm inception till date, frm d founding of Bonny till 2moro we hv ALWAYS had AMAYANABO.
We don't know anytin like Ichie, Onowu, Mazi etc
In Bonny, we hv Senibo, Warisenibo, Waridabo, Alabo.
We know nothing about Umunna & Umuada stuff. It's alien 2us.
      We hv Wari, Polo, Iriabo.
So u guys shud shut up & getat. Dat Ndoki dialect is spoken widely doesn't make Bonny Igbo.
In Kaduna, Plateau, Niger States, Hausa language is widely spoken. But d ppl r still Gbagyi, Nupe, Jukun. They hv their indegenous language asides Hausa. Nupe ppl haven't bin claimed by Hausa ppl. Hausa ppl hv not claimed Jukun & oda tribes in Nasarawa, Kaduna, Plateau States. Igbos shud let IBANI breef. IBANI is Ijaw. Bonny & Opobo is Ijaw.
      Let Ibani breef 😄
Just 2remind u again, watch d video. Dat's someone with Igbo blood speaking in d video. A biological descendant of king JAJA. He knows his history. He knows his ancestor Jaja didn't own d kingdom. He knows his ancestor was adopted, ENCULTURATED, helped, allowed 2 thrive. 2day u want 2lay claim. A family adopted u, gave u their name/surname. U practice their culture, religion, obey their rules, speak their language, dress lik dem, liv with dem, marry their daughter, hv chiren. Den u turn around 2say d same family shud now bear ur name & assume ur original identity prior 2ur adoption.
      Who does dat? How? 😅
      Anyway, watch video : -

@knwaoke6193 Oga, a kingdom ruled by one king doesn't hv different ethnic groups. Unless its an empire, like d Bini had back in d days.
U can't tell me dat one king in one kingdom will hv different languages, clans & tribes under him.
Bonny may hv migrants frm Obolo, Andoni, Ibibio, Arochukwu or evn Panya. But d fact still remains dat Bonny is IJAW

@@Blink4army7stay8 Why is Bonny kingdom city Ijaw if they speak Igbo and their major culture is Ndoki Igbo from language, the dancing, etc. I am not talking about finima ijaw villages area who are a small minority of Ijaw speaking people in bonny.
All the independent sources Adams, Clapperton, Crow, Baike, etc from 1700s to the British colonisation of Bonny in around the 1900s say broadly that culture of bonny kingdom is of Igbo and specifically of Ndoki Igbo Origin. The names documented by these British for the kings of bonny city/ kingdom are:
Alabariye - iye by the the British in and core Igbo Anya (Alabanya). Ala is core Igbo ideology as in Ala in the earth goddess. This fellow was a priest and so Ala in his name.
      Opara Ndoli
      Opuamakaubu
      Opara Ashimini
      Edimini
      Kamalu
      Dappa (great opu -opuamakaubu)
      Amakiri
      Appinya
      Warri
      Etc
Later the English government mentioned owsa, por, bupor, Oko Jumbo, Alali, Madu, etc some as princes of the soil. In fact the British documented that Oko Jumbo was the one who was fighting Jaja in Bonny and Opobo in the rivers. All these names are almost Igbo because the vast majority of bonny Kingdom were Igbo broadly with some minority Andoni obolo cross rivers and Ijaw admixture. Some names that some claim that are Ijaw are Igbo words that found its way to Eastern Ijaw and now Ijaw - but these can be traced back.
A village like bini kingdom can have several groups. By the way the bini call their place bini kingdom. Some books are calling it an empire - just language play. kingdom or empire is semantics or word play.
The United Kingdom has English, welsche, Scots, Irish. Going back the English kingdom had saxon, Angels, juts, frasians and later Danes, viking, Normans, etc all blending together for form the core English of today. After UK had colonise in Americas, Africa asia, it was became the British empire.
You provided a link to a timestamp in your opobo documentary video propaganda which was longer than the length of video😂

@@Blink4army7stay8 As you referenced Amanayabo yet again, why is Amanayabo a recent thing only in Eastern Ijaw now called Ibani? And Not in central or western Ijaw? Is it now ijaw but from Igbo?
Bonny had 2 kings at the same time documented by Hugh Crow the British captain that operated in bonny in 1800-1830.
      The word Amanayabo:
      Ama in Igbo is place
      na in Igbo is and
      abo/abua in Igbo is two
So make of it what you will - two town and two king. A kingdom of two?
It looks like the Bonny Igbos made a joke of Alogoas plans. He though he was getting Ijaw name but the smart Igbos of Bonny and Opobo gave a name rooted in Igbo? 😢

Why do you people like division so much? Nobody fell from heaven, it's just from one family we multiplied and spread. The culture goes with us no matter where we go. You can as well call it a rivers culture until you see someone from delta state who has the exact same culture. Let's learn to be one
