Do you think that I could, using this module or any other tools available for python, make an interactive video where when you press a key let's say the camera angle changes (there would be 2 videos playing simoultaneously and when you press the key you change to the one that is not showing). This change must be continuous. Thank you.
Yes can switch between cameras. You can google the code for the same.

@@rshndb99 cause it's just taking an first frame of the video, we need to save all the frame to form a video.

I am using video capture (0) option. The code is not able to open the webcam of laptop properly. It opens for a brief amount of time and the video is blurred and in gray then the video hangs . I am using python3 and opencv4 on Windows 7. I am using IDLE. it showes that some RGB codec not find.. Please help me out.

This video is kind of code walkthrough, not an explanation video. Better if you can explain the function signatures and what all can we do with those functions, in your videos.
e.g. in this video, video codec is mentioned with the method to create one without explaining what a video codec is, what all are the parameters and allowed values.

Read docs which is about parameter of waiting time. You will get it.
You can write waitKey(6) instead of waitKey(1)
When i save the video using VideoWriter () it saves it with 0 bytes
