Unless Command is AOE, it seems to only be good at soloing 1v1s and is very average stat-wise, tad tanky, but broken moveset-wise. For Barrier, you want to remove the barriers as freely as you see fit to reduce damage taken but restrict movement. Alternate between using up your barrier bar for reflect + trap m1 advantage and just fighting normally with your fists sacrificing hp (barrier regens, your hp goes down fighting, you regen mostly while trapping, and m1ing in barrier, until either you run out of hp and barrier or enemy runs out of life) Barrier should destroy Command in a normal brawl but Command's moves make it very annoying to deal with solo. Looks like because of Command's bad damage, you can let barrier go when you're stunned (they wont lower your hp much anyways) then fight with them in barrier or get away from them because of Perish, harder said than done. Perish seems like the strongest tool Command has and relies on, which is tough because it deals a butt load of damage close range and looks instant to the opponent. There isnt a very good answer to this other than beat them hard inbetween perishes. Also if Command looks as hard as you struggled with it against energy, then most players wont be able to use it as well as Cel did anyways, the average god tier player being braindead telekinesis unseen hand, time stop spamming, barrier crush one timers. But since Command has ridiculous stun time, itll still be very good and worthy of its 7+ status. You most likely want to use the moves as stuns conservatively (spamming moves doesnt seem to stack them, only waste a move's stun time and use).
