Hi, Hope you guys are doing good. I'd like to say that I've Ranked these Devil Fruits according to PVP and my Personal Opinion, I know alot of people who use a certain Fruit and they want it to be in the Best Tier, it doesn't work like that I'm sorry to say. So before saying my fruit is the best, please make sure to actually watch my Video and Explainations about the other Fruits. Sorry for this comment but It had to be done. 👍
Even though this list is personal there is one change I would make. I would put light in the bad tier because the only move that isn’t blockable (mirror kick) is pretty easy to avoid. This makes it super easy to beat light users.
Putting flame into Good tier is a crime bro, you're telling me that a fruit that 60% of its moves is blockable is a good fruit, nah your tierlist is horrible, never let him cook

light should be in high good tier as ive found you can actually combo with it really well, i can pull off 500+ damage combos with 3-4 moves, it has good range but the last move kinda sucks, amazing travel since it can let you run tf away. i can show how to combo with it if anyones interested

Quake is really good it just requires skill so if you main step rubber you might have a bit of trouble with it

In my thought I think ope should be in good or even decent because all the moves are very hard to hit not to mention runner they can use run out of the area of the ope and you have to take a chance to get an attack or even get combo when you cancel you ope area
most ope attacks dont need to be used in the room. Wreckage, Gamma Knife, Hurricane shock and Mes do not need to have a room to function. Only takt and shambles do. So you could fight without a room with this fruit.
Hi I have been a ope user for quite some months now and here are all the things I can say about it.
I may not be objective cause it's obviously my favorite fruit.
-I think it can be the best fruit if you learn how to master all the moves but if you are bad with it will be the worse than quake or something like that.
-The combo potential is very good but sometimes may be hard to hit cause of the random knockback but it's still really good.
-About the runners it can be annoying but don't forget you can excange position with shambles and you will feel like the guardian of a jail if you're good at abusing this. You can abuse the heart too to stun them and get a free combo so they can't run when you do this. You can still use your skills out of the room except for tact and your gamma knife will be less powerful. And you can use the mes 3 times in a row and if you don't hit it the cooldown will be low so you can abuse this to chase players.
So it can be the best fruit but it is hard to master.

I think the fruit of darkness might be in good shape Because in PvP she can knock everyone out, I've faced up to gear4 without difficulty, she deals a lot of damage and has one of the most annoying and difficult to escape combos, I think you haven't used her much. But yes she As strong as a mystic but still has its pros and cons
also quake eruption has very good aoe, your opponent cant see it coming as easily in a combo. PLUS, it's not even slow, the showcase just charges it and you dont HAVE to make it that slow

i agree i have all moves and with island shake and seaquacke you can do some good combos
I personally think Ope should be a lower teir, because people always run away from your room, such as dough and lightning users.
all the moves except tact and shambles can be used without your room, so you can land gamma knife and then create a small room with tact for a combo

That's why I just rumbled my ope in spinning bcz it was useless for mobile players due to lagg

-Normal cool down all the moves
-The 2 button move is has a big range
-Very good at pvp
-It fuse by darkxquake
-the 3rd move can travel has massive range
-easy to exp (while auto ur keyboard)
ngl i mained ice once and got it to lvl 100 it was very op for me idk why i got to over 5k bounty with it then stoped when i rolled venom i did want to keep going with the ice in bounty hunting but venom is just better
Gas does have combo potential and it's over bad I've used it many times and sand is in bad tier cuz it has combo potential too
Gas should be decent
Don’t downplay the low cooldown and the good Aoe
In a 1v1 tournament I got a venom down to 200 hp with gas. I died due to venom op combo
I disagree with the statement that there is no combos with light. Heres the combo I use:
Light kick-Blinding Combo-Guzan-Jewels of Light-Mirror Kick-restart cycle
You should do light kick, blinding combo, light kick, guzan, light kick, jewels of light, and then repeat the crystal
Don't use mirror kick cus it sucks, they can dodge it easily
I beat a tournament with String. Put it in the best tier. It has the potential to beat any fruit it goes up against.

My opinion:
Leopard is one of, if not THE BEST fruit in the game
Its verry good on it's own, and can COUNTER nika's neo red hawk with the 4th move of base leo. If it's on cooldown, you can make the nika user unable to extend into barrage if you use 1st move.
It's a thing of reflex but if you master leopard, you can be really tough to defeat

I disagree with magnet and should rank way higher because the punk cage can pull players from like a mile away and it’s when you activate metal arms the first move can Stun for a long time and all the other moves gets a damage boost
Decent tier list it really just depends on the user, for example a good string user can 100% beat someone that has a mythical fruit
Pretty much every fruit is limited only by the users capabilities with the fruit, i you could wipe a whole server with sand if you’re good enough with it
The fruits are ranked based on their own strengths and weaknesses, not by the strengths and weaknesses of the user

So i did do a mistake by spinning leopard of as i got ts rubber and gambled, i had 2 slots, i have 2 slots, and my leopard is permanently gone 😢😢😢

It’s crazy that you put Dough into the “Best” Tier. So many fruits counter dough and make it useless. Dough is too short ranged and the only long ranged move doesn’t go far enough to hit someone that is constantly staying out of your range, Like light fruit for example. Or lightning.. I’ve even seen a RUBBER kill a dough user from just spamming Pistol and running away.

It’s got a gap closer, grilled Dough Has decent range, soru definitely helps aswell, range isn’t that big of an issue
