    Quick Tip:
Do NOT buy Hardware store Primer. I will list the reasons in the order in how Importen this factor is:
    1. Some contain Azeton witch will melt your minis. ( uncomme but still possible to find)
    2. Tere are often times glose or shiny, you want matt ( Other wise the paint wont stick)
    3. The price. A spray can costs around 10-15 € where i live, most hobby brand primers cost around 15-20 € and work way better for the hobby. [I recommend Games Workshop/ Citadel (20€) or The Army painter (14€), both have worked great for me in the past.]

Lovely video, however. Here's the advice of someone who got into this a long time ago:
You can just pay a *guy* at your local hobby shop to paint your miniatures for you.
There's like, a handful of these nerds at every shop. People who truly enjoy expressing themselves by painting these tiny miniatures.
Because they mostly do it out of joy it'll come out considerably cheaper than buying all of the kit yourself.
If you still want to do it yourself, oftentimes shops will do events where they lend you the kit and teach you how to use it. It's far better to learn with the help of others.
Initially I found miniature painting to be just the *right* amount of artistic expression. It was painting with safety rails on basically.
But it's just too expensive, wizards of the coast have priced their stuff far out of reach of someone who just wants to paint a couple of figures.
Hopefully the reader will understand that I'm not being a hater. It's just too earned expensive.

I certainly do not encourage buying exclusively from Wizards, I just said their big models were decent value. However, the miniature hobby, while intertwined with various games, is still its own hobby.
I highly recommend that people paint their own models, it is an amazing community to be a part of.
By looking to eBay and other sites, it can be made fairly affordable. True the jumping in point is somewhat high, but after you have the supplies, and even just UA-cam guides, you are golden. People certainly make it better also ;)
