In 2019, I went to the doctor and found out that I was 388 pounds that’s when the click happened and I realized that I was hurting myself. I m now 245 pounds and I continue to lose weight quietly. I still remember in school when kids used to laugh at me but they didn’t know that I was suffering inside and because my family didn’t believe me I was eating my life away. Some people use drugs, alcohol, or both but for me it was food. So before you judge people put yourself in their place and ask yourself questions. Ask yourself why someone would want to let themselves go. Life is not easy but you don’t realize how strong you are until being strong is the only solution you have. Keep ur head up sis. Luckily I got a bariatric surgery and got a sleeve some years ago and that was the best decision ever !!! Today my weight is between 93-95 kg not really less but... If I would make the skin surgeries I would loose 18-20 kg and that's normal weight but I am 62 now and two years ago they found out I got MS.... The risk of the surgeries is too high for me and my husband don't want more surgeries he was more afraid like I was and he didn't left my room after the surgery.... He said he loved me from first sight and I was really really fat and he said he will always love me even with the plus skin.... He is my everything since almost 19 years and he always supports me... I hope you have somebody in your life who is supporting you in every situation not only a husband it could be family or friends too !!!!! The most important thing is that you never think you are less worth cause you are big !!!!! That is nonsense !!!!!
