The majority of the students' population is not mature enough and experience to cut out the distraction and the also do not know hoe to handle the hormones. I can relate to this somehow in corporate world. I too have been so what went through this. I too was been said to have joined as a model or as an airhostess but I wanted to be a successful in Finance sector. And yes people do think that if a girl who is beautiful has done some thing non sense thing to grow in life but it's not always true. The fact is that if a teacher is beautiful no matter if she wears full clothes also , people are there to comment her badly if you want example you can see there are multiple teachers online who get bad comments from students although she is wearing full but students are there to comment her on basis of her beauty , so somewhat I am able to relate what she wants to deliver in her speech ,
comeon , consider this beauty is not the issue and i understand that people who are deviant will always have a problem but highlighting beauty does become a distraction. I know of a lecture who chooses to wear dark clothes that allow her to blend into the background as they think the focus is the content and not the speaker. Beauty is not the issue the highlighting is.

class 12th students were circulating so much slutshaming comments on my insta post screenshots also they used to click photo when I used to teach in class writing on board !! There were so much horrible messages and comments on their group rather edited images !!
and shocking thing was girls were also in that group !! one of the came forward and exposed it instead of taking my side parents blame me even though I used to were proper clothes jeans and tshirt provided by class
