At 16 years old to learn about this business is amazing.
Jacob has been my biggest inspiration since Summer 2023. We closed a deal together last October, shortly after I enrolled in his REI Scalers course!
Unfortunately, I made the foolish mistake of taking my foot off the marketing pedal. My constant overthinking and insecurities with talking to sellers caused me to fall out of wholesaling completely.. That led to procrastination and then a vicious downward spiral.
Hearing Jacob’a words again definitely makes me determined to turn things around for good! I can’t wait to reconnect with him. Thank you for the amazing interview! 🙏

Love the content brother! How did he get his lists when he started out to give the cold callers/VA's? Was he manually pulling them in a propstream or Batch or Deal machine? Just starting out wholesaling trying to build enough wealth to grow my rental portfolio and do flips. Any advice is appreciated!
