Indian weddings are so beautiful! I can only say this from seeing the pictures. I wish I could attend one in person. In my opinion, this is one of the Best channels in UA-cam!
I agree! But Indians tend to not make close friends outside their race...especially not with Black people. Maybe they men do but the women definitely do not! Sadly!
Lol - clearly he doesn’t know that silk is a fiber that can be fabricated into a ton of textiles and cut into any design - traditional or modern. I would not have been able to be very patient on this one lol
If like he had a good reason why he was so adamant against it, it wouldn’t be so bad but this just comes across as a toddler throwing a tantrum with no reason behind it
You might consider a video on the differences between fibers and fabric weave types. It could be mandatory watching before any appointment. 😂 their final outfits were beautiful!! So well done, silk and all!! #silkrocks
Wow! He’s so annoying! Get over the anti silk argument. He can’t put it over his head!? He acts like he’s got flowing locks of hair! Very very annoying.
Adorable couple and sweet entourage. Let him beef ! Its great that he is so interested and anyways, ultimately, very reasonable. Love the clothes, the wedding pics, thanks for sharing!
I'm so glad you're back!! I saw the episode which showed a new store, but I thought it was just for men's clothing. Happy to see the renovation was for both men and women. The store looks beautiful and so roomy. I've missed your stories and how you both work with the customers to educate them while trying to keep them happy. Being in customer service at a university for three decades, I KNOW how challenging some customers can be. And I've seen you handle some of those individuals respectfully. You two are fabulous. Wish I lived in NJ so I could visit your store. Looking forward to more new episodes!
Your show is one of my favorites to watch!! I love the outfits with the bling and the colors. I'm not indian and I'm 70 years old so will never wear one but. If I could, I definitely would!! Thank you for your "bling-y" show!!!
Love, love, love the groom with opinions. It was fun, and the bride was totally embracing that he had differing ideas. They will have a great life with their attitudes for each other.
I cannnot believe how radical this groom is. What is wrong with the silk?? I dream on silk, i looove silk. I just would buy one of this beautiful gowns just to habe it at home displayed like a piece of art!! As an european with no indian roots i just want to cry for no having a reason to dress myself in one of this incredible silk wedding dresses! I would like to stress how amazing is the history of silk, please do not ever compare it with tul, or even cotton! Silk is history, richness, secrets, is something to be very proud of. ❤
❤️Absolutely gorgeous! I am glad the groom came around on the silk. If he had gone with any other fabric he would have been sooo incredibly hot amd miserable on their happy day! I cannot get over how amazing his Sherwani looked by itself and also next to her dress! Nazraana, you always outdo yourselves! Congratulations to the beautiful couple🎉and I hope you have a Happy and beautiful marriage together! I do wish we had been able to see pictures of the bride in the engagement dress she picked out on this day as well.
Can you guys do some type of episode explaining the different parts of the Indian wedding ceremony and the differences between the types of garments that are worn, e.g. the difference between a lehenga and a sari and what makes each one appropriate for the parts of the ceremony or the people wearing them?
So typically, an Indian wedding goes on for a few days! It sort of starts with a Puja, where yk we kinda worship the god and like pray that the wedding goes on without any interruptions and may the god bless the couple... so here, people usually wear a simpler outfit such as a saree or an anarkali, etc. Moving on, there is haldi where turmeric is applied on the hands, feet and face of the bride and groom as it is good for skin and is believed to give a glow. So it is a more fun event and so the outfits are a little more decorative but highly functional since yk it's gonna get messy. Also it's been a trend to wear yellow in Haldi ceremony. Moving on there is Mehendi ceremony where henna is applied on Bride's hands and feet and all the ladies get their hennas done as well. This is also a fun event. A lot of dancing and enjoying. Thus the outfit gets more decorative. Usually a good lehenga is worn but not red. It's a trend to go for greens etc since it's relatable to henna. Moving on there's Sangeet ceremony which is like the musical night. A lot of dancing, performances, games, etc. So the outfit is sort of very decorative and heavy in this event. It's also like the best event overall because it is so much fun. Then comes wedding ceremony. Since India has a lot of cultures and traditions, the bride and groom wear what's traditionally preferred. Usually sarees among southern Indians and Lehengas among Northern Indians. But at the end of the day it's also a lot of personal preferences. The red colour tho is a staple. And then the couple can opt to have a reception or not. The reception is like an after party so the outfit basically depends on what aesthetic the couple wants to go for. Usually it used to be a glamorous lehenga, however recently due to Bollywood celebs influence, brides are wearing heavy silk Sarees for receptions... hope that helped.
I was married in a Telugu ceremony. We started with a puja. Then, the turmeric or Haldi I ceremony was the same day. Other people may do it a different day. The day before, we had our mehndi done. For the wedding ceremony, I wore two sarees: first a colorful one. While red is common everywhere, it's not a must in Andhra Pradesh. My first saree was light green with a fuschia blouse. The second saree, purchased by the groom's family, must be mostly white (or cream or similar). Mine was cream with a red border and some green decorations. There are a lot of little pieces and games to a typical telugu ceremony. If you want to see some, you can look up some tollywood songs. I recommend watching the video for Alanaati Ramachandrudu. That's the first thing my husband showed me to help me learn about what to expect.
Oh and in my wedding, it's important to wear a saree. He wore s dhoti. There's a part of the ceremony where my pallu (or the part of my saree that falls down my back) was tied to a piece of fabric from his outfit. I also used the pallu to receive things from others, spreading it over my hands as someone gave me something.
There are lotta different fabrics that can be made out of silk. There can be silk tulle. I thought that he was a vegan or something from the title and now I just see that he’s a guy who doesn’t really understand fabrics vs fibers.
I'm so happy your show is finally back for Season 5. It looks like your store is in a new location. Either that, or you completely redid the interior design. It looks gorgeous.
Enjoyed this video. I would like less of the individuals talking and basically repeating what was said in the group setting. Love the photos of the ceremonies at the end. Gorgeous and unique color choices.
It’s funny that what the diaspora Indian communities see as modern and contemporary is seen completely as old fashioned and traditional in India. If you watch the wedding dress shows coming from India, their dresses are extremely modern and funky. As a non Indian, I find both styles to be really beautiful. It’s just something that I noticed.
I’ve noticed it too. It might be that they are not as up to date with current trends in India and also wonder if the traditional style is something they see as linking them more closely with their heritage?
@@mazzaf7575 Surely they have internet and are very much up to date with current trends in Indian bridal fashion. It's the latter - diaspora always seek to stay in touch with their roots and tradition, opting for such outfits in formal occasions - while residents tend to do the opposite, mimicking western style trends in attempt to make a fashion forward, modern, edgy, progressive impression. Both is fine - there is no right and wrong in personal preferences. I realize that for Indians who are exposed to traditional clothes their entire lives, it's natural to be exciting about novelty in style. However, for people outside Indian culture, who have no clue what is trendy and what is traditional, or old school, it's about beauty and quality of the garments - it's either beautiful and well executed or it's not. It's down to personal taste. As much as most parts of designer collections are impressive and stunning year after year, there is a reason why traditional is timeless. There are outfits that you can label as outdated, old school, traditional, but you can't place them in certain time frame they could be 2 or 200 years old. Trends have very limited life span and when you see an outfit, if you are into fashion, you can easily place them in certain time frame when that style was popular. For some people, timeless quality that old school outfits have is priceless. Again, it's about personal preference.
As someone mentioned, it's pretty much the same everywhere in the world. Diaspora has close ties with tradition and their roots which is visible in their formal occasion outfit choices, while residents seek to make fashion forward, modern and progressive statement by mimicking western trends. More geographically distant people got from their culture, more they hold onto their roots and tradition. More they are part of their culture, more they seek to be part of the world. It's natural. And it's pretty much the same everywhere else.
@@blueice011great observation! I am from India and i see ppl here labelling many styles and outfits as old fashioned which these guys in USA is picking up.
What's not to love about silk? It's the most luxurious textile out there with its (well I was going to say silky) incomparable feel, temperature regulating properties and strength (stronger than tensile steel so they say). Why would you want to wear anything else in warm or cool weather?
Love everything about the new format except the background music. I think it's distracting and a bit annoying because I'm having to mentally filter it out to pay attention to the conversation, which is part of the point of the presentation.
I'm so glad he chose the 2nd sherwani. That first one he tried on was just to plain. I loved her lehenga but didn't like that the blouse was another color. It looked to mix match to me. The color scheme of the whole wedding party though was really pretty. The whole silk thing was funny. It reminds me how Christian brides today think satin is so old fashion when there is tons of types of satin that u wouldn't even know were satin and matter of fact there is a silk that imitates satin and u wouldn't know the difference unless someone told u. lol
@NazranaaDairies I think the collection is amazing, but as an online audience of your work, I think the camera and edit work needs to be improved, where the outfits have more focus on, than the bride's face and entourages. That’s like a bunch of women going tuxedo shopping with a man saying they hate ties and ties are a no no. He doesn’t need to weigh in on women’s fashion.
What does he want? Cotton? Polyester? Wool? :D
I know.. silk is a most beautiful fabric.
He wanted mesh and tule. What a handful.
lol he doesn’t know anything about those either so I’m sure he would 😂
He wants synthetic?
Trampoline !!
Groom was annoying. Stop it with the silk. Silk is beautiful ❤️
Omg I’m dying! Groom is a broken record. It’s ruining the fun of seeing the beautiful outfits. 😢
You are absolutely right. I almost stopped watching because of his attitude
Agreed ...this one was boring.
This is the number one reason why brides should not have grooms at the fittings on her day. He should come separately with his groomsmen.
I kept watching because I had faith in Shia and the bride was sweet, but no mouse. Couldn't wait to see how the groom handled an about face!! 🤣
it can be a fun drinking game every time he says, "Silk!"
Groom’s smile when his fiancé said he looked like royalty was adorable.
Indian weddings are so beautiful! I can only say this from seeing the pictures. I wish I could attend one in person. In my opinion, this is one of the Best channels in UA-cam!
I agree💯% !👏💕
I agree! But Indians tend to not make close friends outside their race...especially not with Black people. Maybe they men do but the women definitely do not! Sadly!
The final photos are absolutely gorgeous!! It’s nice getting to see the final results after the great fabric controversy. Stunning! 🤩
Lol - clearly he doesn’t know that silk is a fiber that can be fabricated into a ton of textiles and cut into any design - traditional or modern. I would not have been able to be very patient on this one lol
His silk comments were annoying but I do like how he has an opinion when it comes to his own outfits and isn't like "meh, whatever you like".
FINALLY!!! So excited for the new season!!
Gorgeous!! 👏 I wish he'd have worn the hat, but they looked majestic! 👸🤴 💓 So glad Nazranaa Diaries is back; I missed it a lot! 😍
The groom is stubborn. Everything is “no.”
If like he had a good reason why he was so adamant against it, it wouldn’t be so bad but this just comes across as a toddler throwing a tantrum with no reason behind it

Omg wow they look absolutely stunning. Love how his suit compliments her dress.
Glad he got on team silk!! In the end they looked absolutely AMAZING!!
I much prefer the longer full episodes!! Great to see one, I hope you post more of these :) xx
Wow! He’s so annoying! Get over the anti silk argument. He can’t put it over his head!? He acts like he’s got flowing locks of hair! Very very annoying.
Oooo! I love the new layout of the shop!
Also, no annoying announcer. 😅
Silk is such a classy fabric, i mean real silk!
The bride and groom looked awesome together! Great job Nazranaa!!
Those full party wedding photos are 💯🔥🔥🔥
They have remodeled the store. It’s beautiful!

This fabulous fiesta of colour is so suitable for the joyful spirit of a wedding, the joining of two families and creation of another. beautiful.
The wedding was gorgeous! They all looked so good!

Her wedding outfit was GORGEOUS!! Such beautiful colors
Love the color palette for this wedding. So beautiful!
I also like this setting in the showroom and seeing other dresses in the background. More sophisticated and elegant.
They moved to a bigger storefront.

I had previously watched what I think was every episode 10 times and really missed the Nazranaa brides.
New store...new look. I'm loving this!
Wonderful video. I’d love to see full complete outfits once done. So happy with full videos again
My goodness! The outfits turned out absolutely beautiful!
This guy is so annoying! Majority of outfits have silk and it's more comfortable!

This was extremely nice!!!!! Considering I’m a south Indian this really called to me :)
I would like to see the full outfits not just the snippets in the photo montage at the end.
I can’t deal with these grooms who start with the control before the wedding. Run away!
It was so nice to see an episode where someone wasn't hollering it has to be reddddddddd
Wow amazing season really nice dress
The first option was gorgeous!!! I wish we could have seen it on her or send me the link where another woman tried it on. Thanks!
Wow! Such gorgeous workmanship and colors.
The Banarsi lehenga was clearly the best on her colouring. I love it!
The bride’s friend on the left end is so pretty ❤Omgeeeee
Wow! Beautiful outfits! I love their color choices! So gorgeous!
Wow!! That second dress wow wow wow! That was perfection on her
I'm so glad you're back!
Loving the new season! I'm curious if they color coordinated in blue on purpose...
Everything came together so beautifully blessings to the wedding couple.♥️
Enjoyed this video. I would like less of the individuals talking and basically repeating what was said in the group setting. Love the photos of the ceremonies at the end. Gorgeous and unique color choices.
Loved the final results! What a beautiful color scheme!
Love this episode ! I love your intros !! The designs are beautiful !!
He looks awesome and so does she. I absolutely love his hat ( I don't know how to spell the correct name I apologize) he looks awesome in it
Gorgeous ❤. I knew it would be gorgeous in the end.

Like the new store

Why does this young man not like silk? The bride should choose what she would like to wear!🤦🏽♀️
The outfits are so beautiful. 💞
the groom finally wore the straight cut sherwani!! However, the couple was looking fabulous in the pics.👍👍👌
finally new episodes on youtubeeee
How does she put up with him? So pretentious and like another poster said - red flags are redder than the couch!!! 😂
Great episode! xx

Absolutely beautiful bride...his outfit perfectly matched hers
Yay team silk 😂❤
Such incredibly beautiful outfits! I would love to attend an Indian wedding just to enjoy everyone’s gorgeous ensembles.
The second ivory is gorgeous
This guy acts like he really doesn't want to get married.
Where is the pic of engagement dress ceremony
Very pretty couple ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
He just decided “ hey I need to have an opinion “ and the most foolish opinion of all.
The engagement lehnga was better than the wedding outfit...❤
This guy has a beef with silk fabric maybe in future we might get a distrack from him 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Why are do these grooms have such loud opinions
Dudes always right , especially when he's wrong. LMAO.
Is this a new shop it is beautiful
Love this so much! So inspiring! Shia and Shashank, you guys are LEGENDARY ARTISTS!

I’m glad she mentioned to him he wouldn’t be the one wearing the outfit 😅
Bless the groom. I know hes seen something he doesnt like and was told its silk. Lol. Such a guy issue😂
That was the epitome of mansplaining.
I would want to wear that every day! Pink is fabulous!
