In addition to what you've said, I think the first step should be to analyse whether what you are considering to be a problem is an actual problem, or your way to distract yourself from the real issues of life.
Thank you for your comment. So for example if you solve last 5 years question papers, that will help you in getting 80% marks and passing the exam. Focus on the core topics and study then well..as these topics / questions are most often repeated in the exam papers. Hope this helps.
