This was on a Weekend, there was a trail run race that day that went trough the trail. You can check the parks website to see if there's any events going on the day you want to bike. Usually there is not many people, I just picked the wrong day to go haha.
Thank you! I did not track that mountain bike ride. Take Bommer Ridge Trail to Red Tail Ridge(first right) from Coastal Peak Park and Rattlesnake will begin on your left. To come back I just kept right at the bottom and followed No Name Ridge Trail back to the car. Just downloaded Strava yesterday and will begin sharing my mountain bike rides after the Bootleg Canyon Videos, out January 2018.
Did you film this on a weekday or weekend? Too many hikers and runners.

You can park at the top along the street for free or at the bottom and pay to park for the day.

Wow, I never saw this video before. Looks like a fun and challenging trail.
It is.
As you saw there was a runners race so I couldn't get flow.
This Trail is actually in Cristal Cove State Park.
Definitely going to that area to ride. Laguna Wilderness / Crystal Cove connection.
Lot's of trails to explore, I just scratched the surface.
Corrected the title!
Awesome trail, do you have gpx files or strava? Seams like a lot of trails you ride are close to where I live and would love to ride them!

I am sure you found it by now, but it is on most of the trail maps in the area.
