SnS/GS for chase, higher damage and gap close. SnS/WH for more CC's but less damage. Both are great but GS is more meta because of the Serenity artifact.
Don't give up brother you'll get it eventually just keep stacking your salt. If you have enough buy up all the other artifacts so they don't take the 3rd tier in PvP track. For now endless thirst is a decent option just have a legendary amulet with health, divine, stamina recovery/thrust/flame protection in the meantime.

Tank builds in pvp are pretty OP let's face it. The damage output is so stupid high for the self sustain
