1. When I take color print out ,it's not coming properly. Only small portion will come in color, rest it comes in gray color.. even though all the inks are filled upto half

All the printers that you have mentioned are really good. The print speed of the above are all same ( a few seconds may or may not differ) .
All the 3 are ink efficient and require less maintenance.
If you choosing a printer between the 3 there is a only a difference of price .you can go for any 1 out of the 3 there is no issues

Eg - very very less print per day (2-5 pages per day ) - go for inkjet
More prints per day (5-10 or more pages per day ) - go for inktank

1) lagbhag 6000 pages print ho chuka he ( approx 2000 color and 4000 black)
2) color abhi tak refill nahi kiya , black ka bas 20 ml remaining ink jo tha bottle mai tha utna hi refill hua he
3) pehli baar agar aap kharid rahe ho toh Ink ke 4 bottle aapko box mai hi milenge
4) nahi head nahi change hua he (approx 10000 prints he baad head change karna he ) ( approx ₹1500)
5) aap ink tank ko bina use kiye 1 month tak rakh sakte ho koi issue nahi hoga , par better he 15 days mai 1 black and 1 color print dena taki cartridge ka outlet ache se kaam kare

You can keep inktank unused for 50-60 days there will be no issue . But my suggestion atleast give 1 black and 1 color print once in every 15 days

Color ink bottle can print upto approx 6000 pages
But if you asking how many days the ink can go without drying up inside the bottle , then it can go upto 24 - 30 months

1) Connect your printer with your laptop via USB
2) click on the link - support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
3) choose printers in the site , it will automatically detect the model of the printer
4) download the software written as recommended
5) once the download is done select the file and install the file and you are done

Hi. What in your opinion is the best inkant multifunction printer under 10k ? Wifi not needed. As per student requirements. I'm confused between HP 310 and Epson 3101. Also, can you tell if there is any difference in printing speed of 400 and 300 series ?

1) HP , Epson are good ink tanks under 10k
2) Both HP 310 and Epson eco L3101 are good printers , Epson needs a little less maintenance than Hp , but the printing quality of HP is little better than Epson .
3) Epson is a little bit more costlier than HP
4) there is no difference in speed of printing in 300 and 400 series ( only difference is 400 series has wifi whereas 300 series doesn't )
5) you can go for any printer (Epson 3101 or hp 310)

3) the website will automatically identify the printer and will give you the required software link.
4) download the recommended one ( which will have more MB )

Not required brother ... CD is Only needed for installation of software , which can be done through internet .
When I also bought hp 2131 the CD was not included , you can see my unboxing video of hp 2131 where there was no CD inside the box.
