I actually wonder what the parents's reactions would be if they found out they were the ones who pratically locked Elsa away from the rest of the world during her entire childhood. And were the ones who made her emotionally unhealth

That’s because Anna belongs in Arrendelle. Elsa belongs in the fenchanted forest. And children gets they look from one of their parents. So technically Anna follows her father.
