Dolphin Kottu is not really made with Dolphin meat. It refers to the way it's cooked and the rotti used for the Dolphin kottu is different from the normal roti used in a normal Kottu. As Sri Lankans we do not eat Dolphins :)

The Most beautiful thing about Sri Lanka is PEOPLE. They are DIFFERENT, Sri Lankan people are warm, welcoming and colourful. Everywhere You go people would alike wave at You. The thought of that happening in a Western country is laughable. Basically, the Sri Lankan people make you feel safe and respect your personal space

The spices in Sri Lankan dishes takes a few minutes to creepe in...at the beginning it's very subtle. First you smile cause it's so tasty and then you cry cause it's so tasty !!! 😊

Beer For Breakfast I’m looking forward to travelling to some different places next year. This year I was pregnant when we traveled so we couldn’t go to too many places. This year we went to Negombo (of course), Colombo, Nuwara Eliya and Chilaw. 😊 Mirissa looked so nice.
