Ive always looked at the practice squad in all leagues like they're the players on field "personal assistants." Like dude said, they go out and do what the players need help with on the field. For example, if a WR struggles with a certain route, the practice squad corner goes out there and helps him practice with whatever routes he struggling with and doing whatever he can to make the WR better at running that route and telling him what the corners are gunna be looking for a how they're gunna defend that route with whatever defensive play they're running.
We need to come back and get the best players and come back harder and get in the playoffs and put Bailey zappe in next season and make him the starter
