I think some people don't realise how amazing this is. These two guys are in their late 40's to early 50's and they're still able to bust these moves. Those people who put a thumbs down ... I'd like to see you bust these moves when you're their age! Peace!
But, all due respect! Legs got burn! Mate, luv legs yeah but, he kept running the same move & no power moves. Bruv's & Sis! Oy, sorry yeah but, just saying! Peace💪🏽🙏🏽✌🏽✊🏽☝🏽
Being a bboy who still trys to get down at age 57 I can tell you that this ain't easy. So much respect for both. Legs came out nasty and is also older than Storm. Every year makes a difference when your older. Its really not the point debating who won. Pce - Buddha - Canadian Floor Masters
Storm did some of the stuff that Crazy Legs created. That's number one. Second, this was not a battle, battle, each was showing respect. The last generation gave it to the next and the next paid homage. Nothing but love and respect to each, if you really know Hip Hop.
You man 39yrs old . Been breaking since 2000 when i saw like Boty 95, shit blew mind. I really lost my power moves but I'm training to get my power back 😅
I'm 47 and tried showing my Wife and my two young kids how we used to break dance... Boy! The body sure does NOT react the same 😂 - respect to these two!
Much respect to both of these legends. Despite the comnents made about Crazy Legs. He's already in his 50's. Father time does kick in when you get older, but there was a time when I was at Battle of the Boroughs and I literally saw him battle a whole Queens crew by himself, and won. Peace Storm, you killed it!!
despite Crazy Legs not being clean as he was during his prime no one should make statements about his skills now. They just need to be respected as legends. It's like saying Muhammed Ali boxes awkward when he was in his 60s. Age and time will catch up to everybody.
Tru wrds bro.. age and time ARE a mutha ...the mind tells you you still got the moves and you visualize them but the body reneges on the execution...been there and done that....I USED to be"nasty' at poppin" and locking but at 57 I still have a "crisp" robot left but the rest....lmbo... let alone the breathing is all out of wack!!!

I grew up watching you guy's break dance and you guy's carved your way into my heart and so many others from the early 80s, heard mad stories about you guys and spoke to people that knows you guys from the block, i just wana send out a blessing to all you guy's and those who are not here with us today. God bless you all
That was awesome, Storm won the bottom rock, Crazy legs won the top rock. Regardless I appreciate them both for entertaining us and keeping it going..Thanks Guys!
Crazy Legs was a neighborhood legend when I was growing up in the Bronx in the 70s and the 80s. Everybody looked up to him! It's really nice seeing two pioneer B Boys having fun in their later years. Much respect to these two gentlemen!
Yeah your right there Mentor these are the pioneers in breakdance just giving us a great show of talent and skills. They got their own moves. Respect is what they earned. If you know breakdance you should know who these guys are. Peace!
The fact is these guys are closer to 60 than 20 years of age is amazing. They can't move as well as they used to, but I hold a high level of respect for these two. Storm repping Germany and Legs from NYC Rock Steady Crew. Brings back so many memories.
Decorum people... These are OGs performing for all of us out here not for the internet judges panel. They already went through that in another time and place and proved themselves long before you were around. Something to chew on before you lace the comment board with your critique that you didn't earn to make.
Crazy Legs doesn't like to repeat moves he's famous for. (Beat street). Even if he could still do them. He's too old in this video but Storm still has it. True Legends of their time. This really isn't a battle. It's about respect for what they both brought to the game
Mad props to Crazy Legs & Storm for showing us old bboys your never to old to still bust a move seeing them do their thang just inspired me to start practicing some of breakin moves again ""ONCE A BBOY ALWAYS A BBOY"" they still got 💯from MrJONES out in CALI.
I'm 49 and I've seen Crazy Legs since the 80's, not bad at 54.. at 49 I'm still dancing and I still face many babies...USS MOITA Portugal 🇵🇹 Breaking 4live m8's...
Wow.. it's amazing at how blinded people have become to true STYLE. Not rationalized style, or generalized style. My goodness... Crazy's footwork is that of an monk now whom has dedicated his life to his studies. Less being more in this case. Storm rocked too.. Stiff, but never hesitant to hit "risky" moves. CL was just having a good time and styling. These are legends... They are why you want to be dope, dummies!
If u gonna put yourself out there for everyone to judge then don't get upset when u don't like the opinion. Crazy legs was never anything special. Lee had a better set than him in beat street.
Do people realise that CrazyLegs has been doing it since the 70's?!?!??!! Jesus Christ!!! My body would have broken in a million places just to bend over to tie my laces!!!! Respect to both of you!
People making negative comments clearly don't understand the history of this dance form... These are the forerunners of the bboying you see today... You naysayers are actually showing your ignorance... Learn the the origin and the amazing transformation of this dynamic and truly unique dance style before making brainless comments
Props to both! My bboy skills have aged. In my 40s now and I’d be happy to get my windmill back! It’s fun to surprise people with the floor work I still carry in my arsenal tho ha ha. Great video!
Im 51. And i cant do the windmill and Headspin anymore but my respect to crazy legs man. What he did is awesome at his age. Salut to New York City Breaker and Rock Steady Crew pioneer!
For anyone who has no idea what they are watching, these men are legends as everyone has pointed out. My man crazy legs is a dancer all the way through. He toys with the beat and owns every track spun. His adversary is a power artist. For the uninitiated, Crazy Legs can't do what that man does but that man cannot do what Crazy Legs can do. It's two separate schools of bboy-ing. Both are impressive and anyone who got to see this is blessed by the breaking gods. I'm a touch biased but I will tell you this much, Crazy Legs wins it for me because he never once had to do a headspin or flare to get his art across. Yes, those are technical and require practice and strength but they lack style. Crazy Legs is like a 12 course dinner and his adversary is like Atomic Warheads. They both have their place but the Warheads need intensity to prevail. That 12 course takes a finesse that is not common in bboys now or back in the day.
Wow!! I Know Exactly How Those Two Felt (Me Being A B-Boy Myself From The Late 70s Str8 Into The 80s).. That Was Not Easy At All At Their Age, That Was Tough.. Much Respect To Both Of Them.

So let‘s push Hip Hop back to the Future!!!

Mentor Hype there are always a few dickheads
Or now..haha
Some of these moves are almost superhuman regardless of age
I hear ya. I was just thinking that this would be a GREAT full body workout and cardio at the same time.
Most youngsters cannot make such moves
@@jorgelouis709 Kids today would rather learn how to floss dance. Really sad.
Storm, pioneer of power. Crazylegs, pioneer of style and originality. Respect to both legends! Blessings
yep
@clokwize; Storm, pioneer of NOTHING!
@@ezsango NOPE!
@Gregor Grex how stupid are you?
If it weren't for Legs, probably no one (including your idol Storms) wouldn't even breaking

For those complaining about how 'weak' Crazy Legs is, let's see _you_ B-Boy at *54 YEARS OLD* Have some respect for the pioneers.
Idiots talking shit about a guy who was breakin since the 70s and saw hiphop calture being born dont know shit
They just don't KNOW lol. Complainers got no brainers. Dis is Historical. Old School vs. Middle School & We are the students!
These complainers need to watch beat street & 1983 David Letterman with crazy legs & Ken swift doing routine on Letterman show!
He got smoked
