Italian Seasoning(Mixed Dried Herbs)
Onion Powder
Blackpepper
Paprika
Coriander Seeds or Cumin

When wrapped in a foil. It comes out like steamed fish, unless you open the foil towards the end of cooking so it has a char look or crispy. Grilling open, you'll need to flip sides.
