The music doesn't sound like it's from 90's Japan at all unfortunately. The art, however, is INCREDIBLY authentic. I can't tell if the artist is someone who originally worked in the 90's anime industry, or if it's AI generated, it's just that good... everything from the color balancing, to the VHS tape saturation and grain, to the line work, style and command of anatomy/perspective, it's absolutely uncanny.
