F45 Training 4s Ranch has a wonderful that has 20% control over fingers on one hand. Her co-worker invited her one day. I got the honor to Coach this wonderful woman for over two years! We found straps and other grips to MAKE IT HAPPEN! Through faith, she came for a workout at F45 4s Ranch. She has thrived in our community.
