richmond overrated
Have to agree with the 18th rank as a Eagles fan, the classic version isn't as good as many other Clubs, but the new version is so flat and unexciting as a Sports anthem. The version used in the 2018 GF which was the old one with additional trumpets sounded at least decent.
This is EXACTLY my thought process too, as a footy anthem it just doesn’t inspire or get ya going like the old one did. I’d have the old one in the top 3 tbh

Before they changed their song it was easily top 4, but it’s so hard to take seriously as a theme song that it’s hard not to put it last tbh! Also I don’t reckon Carlton’s song is even bad, it’s a bit of a banger (Essendon fan here)!
