She'll be in an area where there are 5 or 6 huge acne she could poke, but she chooses to leave them alone and cut a hole in a fairly clear patch of skin for a tiny sub plug! SO frustrating some times!
You should watch till the end, she always gets to the bigger ones later on I think maybe to avoid infection.
The reason she leaves big juicy acne til later is if she were to do them first she'd never be able to see the little ones around it. Also big ones hurt. Once she gets into hurting client in a spot, it's torment to go back and press for the insignificant acne.

Covid is to blame. Viet Nam has been on lockdown for a while.
I don’t understand this “one and done” method of squeezing. Why, when you can clearly see that there is more to be removed, do you not squeeze it again? Seriously, it’s so frustrating.
On a different post someone said it is because the skin is too fragile. Squeezing more would cause skin damage.
They use suction hot tubes over the spots, after they’ve finished squeezing. The tubes suck out the rest of the crud and any retained blood.

What irks me is that they skip some of them or they poke a hole in the skin and get nothing out. I mean not like the client feels like a human pin cushion. 😮

Frustrating when she doesn't squeeze the smaller ones around the bigger one she's popping. Instead she just wipes them all over the face.
Job security. If she doesn't get the little ones the customer has to come back when they get bigger.
Dermatologists must be watching this. Please explain it to me why there is no order, the white heads are not empty and not showing any skin treatment?

@@Charlibr0wn Vietnams climate is roughly comparable with the USA. Is there more acne in Florida than Alaska? North Vietnam is every bit as cold as Scotland and the North of England. The South is abour the same as Gibraltar.

@@Charlibr0wn I wasnt criticizing, I was genuinely wondering. It would be interesting to a geek like me to see if there are sny statistics. There is s large genetic element in acne. You see a lot of it in Vietnam and Laos but very little among the Thai people next door who are from a different genetic root even though climate snd diet are comparable.

I have a question/ conspiracy for everyone. I, for one, did not like the changes of shorter film content and thumbnails to this channel. I went looking around at other channels to see what their contents were like, AND I NOTICED SOMETHING! Multiple channels have changed their channels to exactly this format too. Channels like:
NASA spa
Loan Nguyen spa
Sac dep spa
Thuy’s sac dep spa second channel
QuynhGiao
Asian Beauty
Hana beauty
They have all changed their format to their titles being along the lines of “relaxing time”, “satisfying”, “calming” and their videos being shorter than their usual content they used to do until a couple months ago. Although this exact channel hasn’t done much clickbait, EVERY OTHER CHANNEL IN THE LIST has clickbait, when before they didn’t. Legit, they all now have changed to this exact presentation of content! What do you guys think of it? Did a huge company buy out all of their channels and made them all the same format? Is this a community thing? I find it weird and definitely goes against what I used to love these channels for. Thoughts?
I thought the exact same thing. Some marketing company approached all of them, maybe? I think I’m starting to see at least one of them go back to normal, but I haven’t watched many in the last few days, so I don’t want to speculate about that yet.
Oh, and they are from various different communities, so I don’t thing it is a collaborative thing among the spas themselves.

I think part of this is on UA-cam. They really want us to ‘buy’ the viewing without ads option. So the titles are supposed to be inviting. I have no idea why the sudden increase in clickbait. It’s irritating for people like me that view these to see what my patients are watching and use other videos for patient teaching.
@@jettsoma I haven’t seen it from other communities outside of the spas, so that is interesting to hear that it’s in other circles as well! Peculiar that multiple channels at once take to this kind of format.

These countries are not like America. They cannot afford dermatologist. This might 10 bucks to do get this done
Also, there aren’t very many. It is my understanding that the ones that do practice there tend to work on more serious skin conditions such as skin cancer. Most refer to a “spa”. Thuy can suggest antibiotics/topical creams and most of the time, the client is able to obtain without a prescription. I learned that from someone that translated a while ago. It is very different there! 🦋
No he doesnt. This lady, along with several other operators gets excellent results. The Vietnamese are not stupid. They are very picky about how they spend their hard earned cash. If these spas dont deliver the desired result they go out of business very quickly. The cost of these sessions is expensive as a proportion of their income and the Viets are not frivolous with their money.
