This time I introduce the Daqing night market delicacy "Rougamo"
Rougamo is located at the very back corner of the night market
Every time I go out to the stall, there are already people queuing up.
Rougamo’s crust is a bit like Baked Wheat Cake
Pan-fried first and then put it in the oven to bake until crispy.
Chop the Braised Pork and mix in plenty of Green pepper and Coriander
Then put the meat filling into the pie crust and it’s done
From queuing up to getting it, you have to wait for more than 30 minutes
When I left, the crowds of people didn't stop.
