Love your products, I use them in my kit all the time your cream is my number 1, but I've always wanted to see you do a make up look on someone with imperfections, like for my I have textured acnes skin and hooded eye and I would like to see some tips and trick used to help make the most our of make up on non flawless skin oily skin x

I went into a shop at Westfield and was disappointed asi was given the Vintage Vamp eye quad with blonde hair and green eyes it looked dreadful on me. I am so upset. As as i had tried it i could take it back. I had to try it and the staff said it was the best for me but red definitely does not suit me. £45 is a lot to lose for so called trained staff to give you. I know for sure Charlotte herself would not have given me Vintage Vamp.
I have purchased over a 1000.00 of products since launched , I have used 5 bottles of magic serum, 4 magic day ,3 magic light,6 fat mascara ,three foundations, 9 lipsticks,three lip gloss, three concelers, three filters , three face powders, two night creams two eye creams. NEVER HAVE I GOTTEN ANYTHING FREE...my account is not accurate. Omg I forgot palettes. Possibly TEN..will photo all and send. So sad. I REFUSE TO SPEND ANOTHER PENNY,... UNTIL I am rewarded for being a LOYAL CUSTOMER

And as usual no response contact their customer care team where's that at all I know is I am in at least probably two grand into products if not more since the launch I'm on five bottles of serum probably five bottles of face cream two bottles of night cream nine lipsticks six liners and God knows what else I could fill up the five medicine cabinets yet I have never ever gotten anything free so for all you Charlotte Tilbury fans out there to spend all the money on Charlotte Tilbury products I'm going to start posting dupes I'm out as of this moment I will not be purchasing anymore products from Charlotte Tilbury ever again. Well I love the products and I just received the new facial oil which I adore I adore my serums I adore my face cream I adore my eye cream I adore my night cream I adore my concealer pot I adore every single product I have I adore my 19 eye palettes however after spending all this money through all their great sales pictures I have decided that I will not fund Charlotte Tilbury anymore ever again I'm out I will be posting in the future my complete collection of every single thing I have purchased from Charlotte Tilbury I have all the empty bottles it will blow your minds and never once have I ever received a gift so as I'm stating one more time I will never ever purchase one more Charlotte Tilbury item retail ever again

I love your products but the customer service in Dubai is really bad, ladies are rude, don’t give samples even if asked. Thats really sad for such a beautiful brand. You can read the Google maps comments yourself and see

I love her products but the intensity that is the sales pitch is distracting.
Too much hype and inflection in her speech makes this difficult to watch : (
I sold cosmetics for 30 years the heavy pitch is unnecessary with excellent products.
I know Charlotte has dermatologist and stuff but personally me as an esthetician, I would take off at least 11 or 12 years off of her.
