The white dip where you dipped the samosa in was not for the samosa rather it was a salad (raita) to be eaten alongwith the biriyani to cool off the spice level....
For drink try mango lassi next time...also try warm gulab jamun with vanilla icecream a great combo 🤤...try tandoori chicken, garlic naan and butter chicken too

And it tastes divine with the white sauce (raita). It cools it down and enhances the flavors.
