Oh good. Your thumbnail showed the GE Cafe fridge I’m about to purchase for my new build with the title that it would make my house look cheap 😅 but it’s clearly not the case when I watch this video. They are gorgeous! Will look lovely in my cream & sage kitchen 😊
I went way over my kitchen budget because upon seeing the cafe line I knew it was made for me :-) Love love love my fridge, dishwasher and microwave! Go for it
Oh please. You are selling your home. Having your house clean and clear of clutter is one thing. You still live there, so it's the buyers responsibility to see themselves in it, not yours to make them do that. Expecting a seller to replace old lighting and get new furniture is plain ridiculous. You have to plug in your TV for it work. If someone can't get over kids artwork and TV wires showing they can just move on. No one ought to be expected to redecorate in order to please a bunch of strangers. The agent showing the house can always gently remind to less intelligent buyers that those 'awful' things won't be there when they move in. The only exception would the dome light and the buyers can put what lighting they prefer. It's also rather rude to tell people their HOME looks cheap just because they don't follow some designer 'rules'. Perhaps there ought to be more videos educating buyers on how to view a house.
