Currently nursing a few injuries. I have a beautiful 8 month old son that doesn’t sleep well. As such My maximum recoverable volume has plummeted and I have picked up a few injuries. I genuinely put this down to extreme fatigue as I pulled my hamstring doing 10-15 miles a week having been very comfortable at 100 12 months prior
Alcohol is a big one!😂
2 weeks ago I ran into a lamppost head first. Broken nose and knocked unconscious. In for surgery to straighten my nose and to allow me to breathe through both nostrils again…6 weeks until any physical activity👍😢
