These are designed to be easy and quick to build with a single EV3 core set. I even had to add random pauses and durations to let identical robot compete without always end up in a tie!!!
@@profBrickstrue but you can change the position of motors from front to rear, it makes robots more powerfull and change of lenght between wheels and us sensor make the difference in random and the robots can easily roll over second one

Hello. Mini sumo tournament rules state that the robots should be autonomous. In case you want to remote control the EV3 bricks, you should write an app with app inventor, or use some ready made app that can remote control a differential drive robot based on EV3.
I think the arena c0uld be a bit bigger..
