I used to travel by own car so dnt have idea about car rent.
But I wud like to tell you most important thing other state taxi number plate vehicle are not permitted in tawang for local tourism, so keep this in mind while booking the car,agent will not tell you these things .for more detail Plz DM on instagram or Fb

i think no sedan car will stuck somewhere at sela pass and at jung village where road works under process, it will damage your underneath parts of car

I am planning to trip to Arunachal Pradesh with my family (with 4 yeras old kid). Thinking of taking a self drive car from Guwahati and covering Arunachal Pradesh. The trip is planned in first week of December. Can you let me know is this a good time to explore and would uou recommend to travel in a self drive car.

December is one of the great time to explore arunachal. But if you are planning to visit tawang in the month of December then I would not recommend you for self driving car...becus of snowfall in the month of December will block the maximum roads...ita better to travel via shared car

There is no bus service on this routes. But you will get shared tata sumo like vehicle. I travelled through own car

I am visiting Tawang Kaziranga and Cherrapunji from Guwahati by a self drive car from 4 Dec to 12 Dec 2023. Which car would you recommend. We are 3 males all senior citizens and want a budget car.

In the month of dec there might be chances of snowfall so any normal vehicle could not reach Tawang, so its next to impossible for low budget cars like swift and all.you would need 4*4 vehicles or might be Innova and all kinds of vehicles. Remains kaziranga and cherrapunji can be travels by swift and I would definitely recommend visiting the cleanest village of asia ( regarding vlog available on my channel)
