Best video on how to put non stretch fabric on a headband with no glue!!!!
I love how you show how to make the headband cover fit the size headband one has. Thank you for explaining it simply and clearly. You are a born teacher.
Finally a tutorial that doesn’t use glue! Thank you!
This tutorial worked nicely on my slim headband. This is my first sewing project in 8 years so thank you, very approachable and beginner friendly even without commentary.
thank you! i am making a diner outfit and need this for the headband. very useful!

It's Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Our Post Office participates every year. I still have to wear my uniform, so I decided a pink headband would suffice.
This tutorial is perfect.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!?
Thanks bhan mena bhi banaya h I'd ke liyea green color ka thanks again 🤗
Was looking for this badly, thank u
A must watch vdo for hair clip lovers
This worked out really well on a woven fabric. I cut it out on the bias. This gives it a bit more stretch. I added maybe 1/16 of an inch at most to the actual traced outline of the headband. Made this out of an old uniform skirt to match plaid uniform and the bias plaid looks much better than on grain.
I’m thinking with a knit fabric especially if it has Lycra you could sew right on the traced line because it does stretch.
👏👏👏👏👏 Maravilhoso trabalho, amei 🥰🥰Deus abençoe 😘😘obrigada.
Yo GOOD JOB 👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Que bonito bravo
This is the best idea ever! I have been trying forever to figure out how to cover a headband without using glue
Really have been wondering how to do this too...thanks for sharing❤️
Just what I hoped to find!
This is amazing! I've used this tutorial to make two headband slips already. Still a work in progress. My template creating needs work and slipping the plastic band into the slip without ripping my seams (lol). If anyone finds a printable sewing template for a 1-inch headband, let me know!
It might be easier to put the slip on if you put the opening closer to an end instead of the middle of the pattern.
Wonderful and easy!😊
Genius!
Very good idea

Nice idea but Can you please assist me , by showing same way of making hairband but with sponge sheet before using fabric to add puffiness or thicker look to the hair band ?
Show de bola.
Bạn cho mình hỏi kích thước bề ngang cài tóc được 1.8cm phải không bạn
thank you for this! do you have recommendations for doing this with a thicker fabric like terry cloth?
Any fabric, if you use thicker fabric just give a bit space when sewing
Hi I'm from India. Nice & creative design. Really very nice. Can you please inform me the fabric measurements, please.
Fabric size to do with your hair band size
Thanks
Thereare headbands like that, but covered with silk imitation fabric, with a lineng inside, like felt, do you know what I mean?
Fabulous idea, can you tell me where to get the headbands that you covered please
I brought from Amazon
When creating the pattern, do you leave a seam allowance? Or does tracing it directly from the plastic headband work?
No, it doesn’t need seem allowance
I used a thicker polyester fabric that school uniform plaid skirts are made from. I cut it on the bias and added just a tiny bit of seam allowance, like 1/16” at most and it worked very well.
👍
How to buy this plain headband
Nice cloth print
From where did you buy??
Plz share some more techniques
