जितने भी छात्र प्रशासनिक सेवाओं की तैयारी करते है उन्हें यह पहले से पता होता है कि, प्रशासनिक अधिकारीयों को नौकरी से निकालने, पदोन्नत करने, पुरस्कार देने आदि का अधिकार मुख्यमंत्री, गृहमंत्री आदि के पास होता है। प्रशासनिक प्रशिक्षुओ से यह सवाल पुछा जाना चाहिए कि - मान लीजिये आपने अपने विभाग के सरकारी ठेके में कई सौ करोड़ का गबन पकड़ा है, और आप अमुक आरोपी ठेकेदार पर कानूनी कार्यवाही करना चाहते है। मान लीजिये कि अमुक ठेकेदार मुख्यमंत्री का चहेता है और मुख्यमंत्री या सम्बन्धित विभाग का मंत्री आपको अमुक ठेकेदार पर कोई कार्यवाही न करने का आदेश देते है, तो आप क्या करेंगे ? यदि वे मुख्यमंत्री के आदेश का पालन नहीं करेंगे तो उनकी नौकरी जायेगी !! यदि वे मुख्यमंत्री के आदेश का पालन करेंगे तो उनकी नौकरी चालू रहेगी !! दुसरे शब्दों में, प्रशासनिक सेवाओं की तैयारी करने वाले ज्यादातर छात्र पहले से ही पद-ख्याति-प्रतिष्ठा-शक्ति लोलुप एवं भ्रष्ट होते है, और जो भ्रष्ट नहीं होते वे नौकरी पाने के हफ्ते भर में भ्रष्ट हो जाते है। सिस्टम को इस तरह डिजाइन किया गया है कि वे राजनेताओ के प्रति वफ़ादारी बनाकर रखें, न कि क़ानून या जनता के प्रति। यदि वे नेताओं के गलत आदेशो का पालन नहीं करेंगे तो उनकी नौकरी हफ्ते भर से ज्यादा चलेगी नहीं। या तो वे निकाल दिए जायेंगे या फिर वे इस्तीफा दे देंगे। व्यवस्था का निर्माण कानूनों द्वारा होता है। यदि किसी देश में अच्छे क़ानून लागू है तो व्यवस्था अच्छी एवं बुरे क़ानून लागू है तो व्यवस्था बुरे तरीके से काम करेगी। क़ानून बनाने का काम जनप्रतिनिधियों (सांसद, विधायक, पार्षद) का है। अत: यदि कोई व्यक्ति व्यवस्था में व्याप्त भ्रष्टाचार को दूर करने या सिस्टम सुधारने के प्रति वाकयी गम्भीर है तो उन्हें चुनावी राजनीती में आना चाहिए !! तकनिकी रूप से सिर्फ चुनावी राजनीती ही एक मात्र रास्ता है, जिसके माध्यम से आप व्यवस्था सुधार सकते है। प्रशासनिक अधिकारी तो उन नेताओं के सही-गलत आदेशो का पालन मात्र करते है जो आदेश उन्हें जनप्रतिनिधि देते है। युवाओं को चुनावी राजनीति से दूर रखने के लिए पेड मीडिया द्वारा समाज में यह धारणा खड़ी की गयी है कि, प्रशासनिक सेवाएं देशहित में काम करने का एक जरिया है - जो कि सरासर बकवास बात है।

Yes man I choose ifs only my mind is made up i want to go to foreign countries because let me tell you being myself as an aspirant for upsc indian foreign service I feel happy once I move to heaven on earth away from soceity community and neighbours Who're useless to my life because my mom wants me to be only ifs no other services for me because let me tell you man today's education system especially tamilnadu education system stateboard school+Annamalai university and it's affiliated colleges+Anna University and it's affiliated colleges which is an indian average engineering college and school sucks because of the bloody outdated padagogy and according to my life my life on getting emotional of lbsnaa is lbsnaa saved me from those soceity and neighbours Who're trouble makers and first and foremost i don't feel happy living with this Indian tradition family who are money minded idiots and i want to cut these people out of my life and I'm not at all interested in politics that's why I go for ifs and i want some upsc toppers to understand my concern and still my life is unique and i refuse to follow the crowd that's also a reason why I choose ifs and not other services (because of the indian system of education which is an outdated padagogy)my life has been wasted and i want to be free without any disturbance in my life because I need freedom to live Hope you can understand
