In CD4 counts question, the 4th option is " Pneumocystis prophylaxis discontinued wen CD4 COUNT >350" And 2nd option is " Cryptococcal prophylaxis given wen CD4 count
I think 2ND option is MAC prophylaxis when cd4 count below 50

H2O2 is the answer as it definitely isn’t a sanitizer . U can’t use it on bare skin . Bleaching powder is used in some homemade sanitizers

Sir actually in the exam, we got an image showing egg in the stool. Rhabditiform came after that (not present in stool specimen) And infective stage was filariform only. Hence I marked ancylostoma. Thankyou.
And most imp egg in the picture is different from actual image.. Sir.. There is no larva in the egg... It seems looking like blastomere.. And 3 rd moulding in esophagus also given.. So ancyclostoma
