So that bumps his engage rating to 75/25. If it weren't for his proactive picks the series wouldn't even be close.

Faker has knowledge on how to deal against lane-swapping. This would be a first resistance test to the other members to experience how this strat works. Lane swapping isn't exactly new but it can be game-breaking like Game 1 did. Props to T1 for managing to come back from it tho
What I liked about this series is the whole T1 team got to shine. All of them were popping in one game or another. I don't even know if T1 really is the best team but they are the gold standard, the benchmark for whether anyone else can be considered a top team. There is a sign on this team that says YOU MUST BE AT LEAST THIS GOOD TO BE THE BEST. Also seeing the best of 3s and best of 5s makes me want series leagues in every region Dx Series are so much more of a banger than single games.

I've seen so many teams playing this lane swap strat but they just kept feeding instead of just sacrificing a few exp and gold just until the enemy got what they've wanted because in the end, on the other side of the map, another was getting gapped as well. In this case, ksante didn't get gapped by Guma's zeri at first game because Zeri was a scaling champ with low dps on early while the enemy adc had high burst damage which had led to zeus going far back from the turret. Ksante can tank all zeri's attack and still be sitting at almost full health.

@@fobinc because chovy is more clutch domestically, faker gets scared sometimes, because you can see him not do anything if the play feels too risky and usually prioritizes defence over offense. an example would be why didnt faker send it on taliyah in game 1 when they full diving viper, HLE would have been wiped easily.

I've seen so many teams playing this lane swap strat but they just kept feeding instead of just sacrificing a few exp and gold just until the enemy got what they've wanted because in the end, on the other side of the map, another was getting gapped as well. In this case, ksante didn't get gapped by Guma's zeri at first game because Zeri was a scaling champ with low dps on early while the enemy adc had high burst damage which had led to zeus going far back from the turret. Ksante can tank all zeri's attack and still be sitting at almost full health.
@@WildRiftGameplayandTutorialAbsolutely true. Try lane swapping with a poke/ burst adc, it will be a true nightmare for top laner. HLE worked because it was TF ranged top and early Zeri no damage. Still, they weren’t able to keep up their gains and fumbled into 11k deficit. If T1 didn’t fumble as well, they might have lost that game.
The thing is that they spent all their resources setting zeus behind, and meanwhile in bot Lane guma was farming for free. Then you get to mid-game and suddenly zeri has 3 items.

It was Viper's Arrow that saved HLE from that fight. Blaming Zeus is kinda overrreacting in your side. Sure he made mistakes, but it was a forced mistake from Viper's good play. Learn how to not shove someone's genitals on your mouth first before thinking what you say
