This is the best example that I've seen on the internet by far to set it up like a normal math problem and distribute. For crying out loud, make it make sense! Ty 🙏
Hello, David Monday, I just want to let you know that I am extremely thankful and satisfied with your elaboration on how to write a vector as a linear combination of other vectors, this knowledge will be a great addition to my skill and professional experience which further help me with my studies and professional research again I can not thank you enough for your effort on your lessons, from your best student DR.Данияр
I can not express how you managed to say everything I was reckoning about the explanation of his wonderful peace history "Write a vector as a linear combination of other vectors" by David Wednesday. this has truly been life changing my dog's cancer went away after watching this video I hope everyone can rejoice in this experience, indeed and truly your words are spoken DR.Данияр Your hommie professor Mike oxlong
@@benitocamelas9144 Dear Nike Oxlong sorry for bad englesh thx for dealivarate apprecation onm my message thanking David Tuesday on this wonderful video i hop your doing well and i mioss u come bakc pleasse. your's truly DR.Данияр
It varies from book to book and class to class. In this particular linear algebra course, there's not much difference between the ordered n-tuple and the vector itself, as opposed to a Calc III course where points and vectors hold VERY different purposes (see directional derivatives).
Are these videos supplimentary to your lectures? "Since we have now been formarly introduced to the idea of a linear combonation", suggests that there is more material? Is this allocated to only students at the college?
That was the intent when I created the playlists. You would have seen the material either in class or during a previous video. I was lecturing and creating the videos at the same time, so there was a lot of overlap in their creation with my lectures.
If you have access to the internet, I can recommend a few good websites with free calculators to use. The most intuitive matrix calculator is at www.desmos.com/matrix I use Desmos for almost all of my in class demonstrations that require a graphing, matrix, scientific, or four function calculator. You can also use the tools on wolframalpha.com, but their calculator is less intuitive to set up. Of course, there is always the ability to put the matrix in rref by hand. You can reference my videos from chapter 1's playlist to see how to do that!

Is it considered improper notation to use vector brackets when defining vectors u_1, u_2, u_3? For example, u_1 =
