Lionel 44 Ton Lehigh Valley Switcher

Took a mini vacation a week ago to Staunton Virginia where we've visited at least 4 times to attend the fantastic Blackfriars Playhouse Shakespeare theatre there and the plays they present. This time it was Macbeth and Oscar Wilde's the Importance of Being Earnest. Both plays were excellent and the town of Staunton is a gem. More information at: americanshakes...
While in Staunton I visited one of my favorite hobby stores (Frontline Hobbies) and found a wonderful Lionel 44 Ton switch locomotive from 1957.
Upon my return and just yesterday I attended a great Summertime train show the Greenberg train show in Edison NJ. While there I picked up 3 really nice box cars at great prices..
Hear about them all and enjoy watching them all run on my 4x8 oval.
